Mise En Scene

Positioning in the Frame
Here is camera is positioned at an angle, which is a brilliant effect of her running, and really convey speed and urgency when played. Also, the leaves in the foreground are blurred, and we are drawn to the motion of the moving feet, which provides speed and agility.

Here the central character is positioned in the middle of the frame, walking from gates. This symbolises the fact that she has, for the moment, trapped her old thoughts and feelings of the past, metaphorically, behind closed doors (gate). Which is later emphases by the smile on her face in a later scene.

The positioning of these characters allow us to witness both reactions the characters in which the narrative is centred around. She is alone in the background, and he is with someone else in the foreground.
